Data Display Elements

The Data Display reports display the raw data for each position surveyed and includes the following:

•  Title of the position matched.
•  Number of incumbents reported.
•  Number of incumbents eligible to receive a cash bonus/incentive.
•  Number of incumbents receiving a cash bonus/incentive.
•  Average base salary.
•  Average total cash compensation (e.g., base + bonus/incentive).
•  Bonus percent of base for incumbents receiving bonuses.
•  Salary range (minimum, midpoint, maximum) of the salary structure.
•  Quality of job match reported on a scale of “1” (highest) to “5” (lowest).
•  Incentive range (minimum, target, maximum) expressed as a percentage of base.
•  Percentage of incumbents located in a line organization.
•  Average number of staff this position supports.
•  Average years of service with participating firm.
•  Average years of experience in human resources.
•  Normal work hours per week.
•  Normal number of days worked per week.
•  Number of weeks of vacation per year.
•  Percentage of incumbents that are officers.
•  Profit sharing percentage.
•  Number of incumbents eligible to receive a long term incentive.
•  Number of incumbents receiving a long term award.
•  Long term percent of base compensation for incumbents receiving long term awards.
